I required in my own telephone for repairs in regards to a month before with vodacare (14 March) and also the people solving it didn't contact me to see me of that which was occurring. I had been the main one following-up on telephone and everytime i named I had been informed that by friday they must be completed repairing my telephone that will be was obvious lie since till this very day i still dont have my phone with me. Last friday i named and again was informed that they can contact me after 4 till nowadays they've not named. I simply named vodacare plus they advised me that my telephone don't be set under guarantee and that I will need to spend. I dont have trouble spending I simply have to know when were they likely to contact me to inform me this? I'm really disappointed using the support I'm getting in the VODACARE IN PRETORIA CBD.
