This company is ugh! I am so sick and tired of dealing with Drive Financial. The customer service reps are very rude and nasty to you. Oh and they also love to give you conflicting information regarding your account balance. They call me back to back to back to the point where changing my number is almost what I want to do. Oh, my balance has not even begun to go down from what it originally was two years ago. I am so fed up I just to not know what to do. If they are practicing unfair business please include me on any lawsuit or class action suit you have because this is unfair to so many.
