I had a loan with Sonic. Not only did this company violate my privacy, they also tried to receive double payments. The customer service rep that I have been speaking to is Shannon at 877-377-3517. She is rude, obnoxious and very difficult.
When I call I am told she is on a break and she never returns my call. I verified that she was rude to my employers payroll department on numerous occasions. I believe this company is invloved in scamming customers out of their money. They make you pay the total due by western union and then they contact your payroll department and have them deduct the amount out of your payroll check.
This is causing them to receive double payments. This is handled in an unprofessional manor. She stated to me that she "must of forgot" that the money was being deducted out of my husbands payroll check. She also stated that it was not her problem now. I am sure this is normal practice for this company. She all but laughed at me about the double payment.
I would appreciatte if this company was investigated. I truly believe that this is a normal procedure for this company. Also when I call no one will allow me to speak to a supervisor. Thank you so much for your time and consideration in this matter.
