Mr. Jing Jiang of DiyaUsa.com is not honorable. Printing project was to be printed. It was quoted in writing from DiyaUSA, with correct detailed specificications from Mr. Jiang in writing as to what they would be providing the client. When the work came in Mr. Jiang had other plans, and would not honor the price of the printing project he and his company put in writing.instead they wanted an additional 75% to complete. There were no discrepancies in the preparation of the printed materials with Mr. Jiang. Bait and switch.inexcusable response from DiyaUSA, and dancing around the subject. Once they know the work is arriving, and you need your project, they have got you because it is overseas, even though he is located in Foster City (San Francisco) CA. We would highly suggest contacting your local Printing Industry Association for a reccomendation on overseas China print broker if needed. Printing buyers beware, as this company is not favoroed.
