I have experienced the artwork business for 25 years and also have caused numerous publishing businesses because period. I have never had a problem like I'd with Zoo Publishing. First they transformed our artwork documents without informing people. Next, the standard within the publishing is simply bad. The cut really stop some typography at the end of the site. (I Have accomplished this enough to understand what's appropriate and what'snot. That is simply bad craftsmanship, any two-touch printer on the planet might perform a greater work than this.)
However The toughest issue of all-is their customer support. They do not return emails for their website. Three differing times they stated that they'd have somebody reunite our calls, but never did. It's fairly apparent that their method of giving an issue would be to provide you with the runaround before you quit. They are extremely rude.
Never use Zoo Printing.
