I hired Continental Van Lines in Coral Springs, Florida to move my family and I on June 25-26th. The company never showed up to move us. I was reassured that there would be no problem with my move considering my load size and the distance of my move. If this was such an easy task, why did they never show up, never called, and never followed up to see how the so-called move went. They did however keep my deposit of $1,000. I have tried to contact Jackie Montgomery (my rep), Jenna from dispatch, and Tyler who is supposedly a supervisor. I have left numerious messages on all three voic emailsand not one returned phone call. This company is a scam, a fraud, and all three of these names mentioned are phonies as well!!!
