Out of Lancing IL They not refund my money of several thousand dollars. They keep saying it's being processed, but refuse to offer proof. It's now be almost 30 days and no refund

WARNING TO ALL: I am having to sue to Musictronics Pro to get my refund. I bought a Roland Drum kit which after 3 promises it was shipped and a month of waiting the kit was NEVER shipped.

They said they would refund my money and it would take 5-10 days. No refund. Then they said it would
take 28 days. No Refund. It's been almost 30 days and NO REFUND. They refuse to give me proof refund is being processed. Buy your gear from somebody else. Do not trust them!
