I contracted for cleaning services on 7/26 and paid 90 for three hours of cleaning and a75 member fee which was required in order to continue utilizing them on a regular basis. On 7/28 I received my 3 hours of services, on 7/31 I received confirmation of my dates and times for on going services and on 8/1 I received notice of cancellation of my services and a commitment to refund my fee. I live in the next twn over and have yet to receive my refund. My emails have gone unanswered and the woman has blocked my phone so I cant call her. All I want is the refund that was promised me.
