United Net Services is operating as a MLM company that sells minutes to internet kiosks. I joined the company in late March of since then I have not liked how the company is being run. The company has a 12 month refund policy in which they say they will refund your $1,295 membership fee; minus any earnings and a $125 cancellation fee.
I opted to take this route, so I requested a refund of my membership. My refund should have been a little over $800, when they received the e-mail I sent, they said that they needed something in paper.
I then sent them a written letter requesting my refund. They received the letter on 6/03/02. I then e-mailed them 3 days after receiving my letter. They told me that they were reviewing my request and that I would have an answer in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and still nothing, not even a reply.
