ADT does not respond to trouble reports in a timely manner. Twice now we have had a problem with our ADR system that rendered the system non-functional.in both cases, ADT said that it would be between 6 and 7 days before they could restore service.
Think about it. They sell piece of mind. Yet it takes about a week to get the system working again. Is this what you want from a security service.
