Stuart Cox came to my house on 7th jan after I contacted ukhottubsforsale.co.uk. He took an order for a hot tub which i now know will never be delivered. I have contacted Staffordshire trading standards who are dealing with these rip off merchants, and following their instructions, written to the trade price group (TPG) to cancel the order and demand a refund within 14 days. That was over 2 months ago and they are refusing to acknowledge that they have broken the contract, despite their 12 week delivery time now running into its 7th month. This is the biggest case of fraud by misrepresentation that i have ever come across and happily the net is tightening aroud these snakes. Have NOTHING to do with them or any of their associate companies. I have the details of 40 similar customers, who are in contact with each other and willing to stand witness in future court cases against this outfit.'Buyer' beware.
