Trade Tech Institute
Consumer Report

Trade Tech develops software for trading futures contracts. This soft ware provides signals to brokers that agree to place the trades. The Trade Tech client pays a fee ($4995.00) to use the output of the software with a Trade Tech recommended broker. Trade Tech guarantees the client will make money using their software recommendations. If at the end of one year (12 months) the client has not made any money the user fee is to be refunded. I complied with all of the specifics of the contract to receive this refund. My request for this refund was delivered to Trade Tech on February 26. I have complained to The BBB and nothing has happened.
I was to receive one half of the refund in seven days and the balance in 60 days. I opened my account with the broker with $5000.00 on February 16. My first trade was on February 23. At the end of a year of trading my account held a balance of $2557.68. My last trade was on February 11. The reason for this was that the Trade Tech designated broker elected to discontinue trading the Trade Tech software specifications. I arranged to move my account to a different broker that was also trading the Trade Tech software specifications, but by the time all of the paper work was done the end of the specified 12 months was reached.
