Set up a move installation in early June from Penn Valley, CA to Reno, NV. Company failed to show up and tried to reschedule. Company decided to set up rescheduling w/o my consent and rescheduled.
Called to fix situation, but Directv refused to come out on the only day I had available. They then told me that I had to call the technician directly to fix the problem. I refused on grounds that it is not my job nor my responsibility to do what the company wanted. I ended up cancelling because of what transpired.
Promises to call us from Direct TV we made numerous times, but they failed to communicate with us each time. The company then withdrew the amount from my account without prior authorization on July 25th. I called the company again to get the amount refunded but the company refused to do so.
