Stanley Steemer steamed carpeting & when shifting ripped an 8" split in aspect of couch. Specialists examined the issue nowadays & refused making the split within the couch. It was not there before they began support recently, but was there today. The supervisor was approached & won't cost for your rug cleaning support, but that is it! I would be pleased with another free carpetcleaning, but he declined. Which kind of customer support is the fact that??? They triggered damage of home & won't do something about this.
