Stanley Steemer offers a special if you book online ($10 off). There are two ways of booking online (which I realized afterwards). There is the normal process where you click on "pricing and scheduling" which is where most people would go. But there is another section under "Special" and only if you book under this section do you get the discount... What a scam! You can hardly see the link. I could have booked my appointment over the phone but I decided to do it online to get the discount.
I call your 800 number and spoke to a representative who was very rude telling me that because I didn't click the "Special" button I can't get the discount. She got loud with me even though I am the customer and was talking to her in a very polite way.
Not only did I give these gues over $300 in business I bought additional trademark cleaners.
When I was looking at quotes we got an estimate from Sears along with a few other places. All the pricing was comparable but we went with Stanley only because of the discount but also because of your reputation.
It is only $10 we lost but it is the whole principal of the matter that irritates me. Booking online is and should be all the same!
I would not recommend this company as it is dishonest to trick a consume
