Do not order from Zoo Stores

I talked with a representative on the phone on 3/20 about receiving a credit back to my credit card, and she informed that she will email the billing department and expedite the refund and when i asked her to CC me on the email, she said she would, however that was a lie. When I logged into the mercantila portal to see if she emailed and forgot to CC me, she did not even put the request in here. To say the least, i'm completely dissatisfied with the customer service and support with my purchase. They make empty promises!

I would never recommend them to anyone!
