Wow, Did I feel exonerated. I thought I was the only one who "screwed up" and misread the incredibly misleading website when I ordered "legos" and got manuals instead!
These guys are a TOTAL RIPOFF, I too had the same experience in February- spent my kids hard earned money $78.96 to get only MANUALS. So I got a polite email promising wonderful customer service. Sent the package back, received one more email, that said they can't find the package, so I sent confirmation of the postage. I did that in March and have not heard a word since.
Forget the phone, forget emails what are we to do???
I'm so glad I found this web site to at least vent and see I'm not alone.
I checked the BBB and they got an F for a rating and I can't pull up their website
anymore.
Does anyone know if we have any legal recourse?
I will forever check reviews for any purchases I do in the future-BEWARE BUYERS
We are all so bummed that companies like these can still exist and rip people off.
