My kids were so excited when we found this website! I let them each pick out a Lego set for their birthday. When we received instruction manuals instead I contacted Susan P.in Customer Service. She said "No problem" just send them back. So I did.
But first I copied everything: the manilla envelope it was delivered in, (they charged me $24.60 for shipping, but the envelope had $2.75 in postage on it), all the papers inside that they wanted returned to them and the date and time of delivery from the USPS page. I paid for the Delivery Confirmation and shipped it in a Priority Express Box.
After 2 weeks of waiting I emailed Susan P. And she said she would "look into it". Now they are not responding to emails and no one ever answers the Customer Service phone. Or any other phone at that number!
It is like they STOLE $168.74 from our family. That is alot of money to people like us! I really hope something can be done about these people.
