Like numerous other persons, I ordered reduced price legos from an individual named Clifton R. Stults through his website bricktrainshop.com.instead of legos I received a small package of instruction manuals. Without describing the fraudulent and deceptive advertising, I'll simply note that I returned the manuals immediately pursuant to the return policy and emailed Clifton Stults' customer service department a number of times. I never received any response from him, so i filed a complaint with the better business bureau. He refused to respond to that complaint also. Note: I've never received a refund.in the meantime I learned that he deactivated the website bricktrainshop.com (see all of the complaints filed against that website through usacomplaints.com and the Better Business Bureau www.la. BBB.org/Consumers. Aspx) and re-opened under the url's bricksandfigs.com and figsandbricks.com. Clifton Stults has participated in numerous other frauds over the internet too lengthy to describe here. His MO is to open a website and after a certain number of complaints start to affect his business, he'll close the webpage only to re-open another. He has previously used the url's bricktrainshop.com, halfpricelegos.com, wholesalelegos.com, and legoclearance.com. Mr. Stults' email is [email protected] and he's now calling himself Robert Clifton (instead of Clifton Robert Stults).
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from CLIFTON STULTS or his websites bricksandfigs.com and figsandbricks.com.
