False advertising, poor customer service

I obtained a flyer within the email for Direct TV marketing the Option Strategy with more than 150 stations obtainable in HD in a reduced-rate. Named and requested the support with not being informed HD is definitely an additional cost! I then found out after installation (which required the specialist 10 HRS... He got to my house at 9:00 am and quit at 7:00 pm!). I named Direct TV simply to discover used to do not request HD also it could be one more $100 for that 2nd HD radio, plus one more $10 monthly. And, the satellite the specialist required 10 hours to set up needs to be changed with a HD satellite. The specialist also walked thru my roof during my loft and that I am waiting on that fix. Furthermore, the reduced price doesn't take effect until 6-8 months after my installment and so I will soon be spending top dollar for that first two billing cyles. But, today I'm based in to a twelve months contract! The corporation is just a LARGE FRAUD! Don't opt for direct tv!!!
