I hired avid constuction, ownerbScott Dustin as a sub-contractor to do a removal and replacement of a roof that my company got approved through their homeowners insurance. I gave Scott the money 2800.00 he said the job would be done in 1-2 weeks. After that he stopped picking up our phone calls then text us saying he gave the money to someone else to give to us.

Later he recanted and simply said he doesnt know who we are and we never gave him the insurance money!!! I have copies of the reciepts and our contract i will have to make this a civil matter now.

I also did some research and he has convicted felons and illegal immigrants working for him... I know everyone reading this will not hesitate to deny him business, I just dont want what happened to us to happen to anyone else. So please beware... Thank you for your time.
