The CVS district manager called me back today and I had called 1-800shopcvs and spoke with another customer service consultant and she said I sound like a nice person too as another consultant said. She said Oh my God when I told her all of this and she said you have had terrible experiences at this CVS and have been treated very badly and she said it was terrible.
The district manger said it was totally unacceptable and that he was really sorry, and that he was now going to speak with them personally at the store. Last week he was at that store but he had only spoken with the main manager about who said he would speak with them about it, and then days later they did it again!
I said what could have done to them for them to pick on me this way, did I give them some dirty looks or something and didn't realize it? He said no don't beat yourself up about it, and he said nothing excuses this. I said I have a premature heart beat, called premature ventricular contractions, and I had to see a cardiologist who diagnosed it in the Fall of 2008 and I had to be on the Beta-blocker Metoprolol for about a year and in February I had an echocardiogram and a Nuclear stress test and they were both normal but the cardiologist and the internist said that this premature heart beat comes from stress and anxiety and I said to the district manager this bad situation makes it worse, and my blood pressure is borderline high, and I'm getting older and if I have a heart attack and don't die can I sue them?
I told him that after you talk to them it's just going to get worse because they will be angry that I complained like I'm sure they figured out that I complained recently after you spoke to the main manager and told him to speak with them about it. He said thank you for speaking up and he said I had every right to complain, he said hopefully you can prevent it from happening to someone else. And he said if they continue to do it and they get worse they will be terminated. I also asked him what shifts these women work so I can avoid them and go when they aren't there, and he said you shouldn't have to do that, and I said no I shouldn't but I need to!
Tonight, I walked into this store just to tell them how nasty they are, I looked for the two of them and I found them together talking in an aisle and I walked up to the young black woman who had called me Shirley quite a few times when she doesn't even know my real name, and I said hi Hilda! And the two pieces stupid nasty of cp started laughing and saying, why did she call you Hilda it's not your name and then they were laughing and talking. I waited a minute and then I said what I should have said on Saturday night, I said because you are both nasty pieces of st and you can both go to Hl! I walked somewhat away, from their aisle and I heard one of them say to me, after you but I didn't see who.
I spoke with a nice manager tonight at the CVS where I had spoken with a supervisor on Saturday night who said that quite a few of his customers left this CVS because of disresepectful and unhelpful employees there including some customers who are walking distance to that other CVS and travel further to go to this one.
And this manager said they sound crazy and that they have a problem, and he said that is terrible and that they should be fired for that and they shouldn't even be working in retail. He also said he wouldn't tolerate this at his store. I asked him what other CVS is of walking distance to me and he told me of another one that is about 3 blocks away, and I would like to walk there if I can find it just to see how hopefully much nicer and different they are there. It's a very long walk and when it's really hot or cold out, or ice and snow on the ground, of if I'm sick with a bad cold, I probably won't be able to go, and I walk everwhere I don't drive so the CVS closer to me was very convient since the Fall of 1990 and it's very unfair for me to have to leave because of these nasty people!
I called a police officer and asked him if it was illegal to use a very small tape recorder and get them being horrible to me as evidence on tape that I could play to the district manager. And the officer said yes it's wire tapping, so I explained to him this terrible treatment they gave me and he said he would contact their highest head quarters and regional manager or The Better Business Bureau. I might file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau if I can do it without using my real name.
I also forgot to mention that the district manager said that people like this aren't worth getting stressed out over. I told him that I'd like to meet him in person so he can see that I'm a very pretty woman (I have been widely considered a beautiful woman all of my life sine I was a baby) who always dresses very nice and I'm a good person, there is nothing to pick on or make fun of. He said I don't need to meet you, and I can tell that you are a nice person and I can hear it in your voice how upset you are. And I said even if someone was big and fat etc, they wouldn't have any right to pick on them and he said of course not.
