Hiram Waste and Recycline
Michael and Laura French No refund, no trash can pick up, no return telephone call

I cancelled my service with Hiram Waste on June 30. I was told they had not posted our quarterly payment and that the service would be cancelled, the can picked up, and our payment refunded. I've heard NOTHING from them since and the can is still setting in my yard. I've called every day since last wednesday, July 13. I've left SEVERAL messages explaining the reason for my call and requesting a return call. I've not been contacted at all. I checked my bank and they've taken my money.

My next step will be the Better Business Bureau and then through the legal system.

Please do not use this company. IESI proves to be a very professional company. Stay away from Hiram Waste and Recycling.
