Hiram Waste and Recycling, was Never on time, BAD customer service, curses customers & County commissioners, Extremely rude & Unprofessional, Steals Money from customers, never refunds, they are very Vulgar & Discriminative.
It was a constant battle with Hiram Waste. Trash pick was never on time or they just never picked up on scheduled days. Id call them and they yell and Cursed back that they will do & pick up when theyre ready and when they want. This was an on going weekly problem.
As they emptied trash cans they leave trash which had fallen on the street, they literally threw the trash cans back into the yard or leave them laying on the street. Calling to complain was no help. They stated that's up to workers & they don't care as long as you kept paying them.
The compacted trash in front of house & all the liquids just oozed out & stained the street and driveways. Not to mention the constant stench for weeks. They even allowed toxic paintand other liquids to spill when compacting and of course they refused to clean it up. The blame was always elsewhere, never on them.
I called county commissioners, state of Texas and they told me they have had so many complaints on Hiram Waste and on the owners Laura & Michael French. They even said that they had also been cursed at and called names by these people and yet they could do nothig as Hiram was not contracted by the state or county for services. If these people have no respect for the authorities of the State or county commissioners, you know they will never respect their customers.
I paid 3 months in advance and when I complained they illegally trespassed onto my property, went behind my fence & stole the trash can. They owed me for 2 of the 3 months which they refused to refund, they cursed at me, called me names, discriminated against, as they do everyone whom crosses their path.
This company does not care about any of their customers, they only care that you pay them & don't cross them. They are Extremely unprofessional, rude, and vulgar. Don't make the mistake of hiring them. Call Nature Calls, LESI or anyone else. Don't make the same mistake, as hundreds have already suffered & paid dearly before you.
