EZ-Filing provides bankruptcy software services. When I used their software to file a bankruptcy petition, it failed to properly file all of the required documents with the court's electronic filing system. I had to go back and file the documents and schedules manually. I contacted the court and I was told that it has had several problems with EZ-Filing and that the software program has not been updated to work with the court's system. When I complained to the VP of Operations and Sales, he blamed me and did not offer to fix the problem or to refund my money. I also use their competitor BEST CASE which is a little more expensive, but I have never had any problems with their software bc it is continually updated. If you are thinking about purchasing a bankruptcy software program, I would pay a little more and select BEST CASE instead of EZ-Filing bc of the lack of consumer service and lack of interest in correcting my problem.
