I was a manager for K.C. Berkshire and I was wrongfully terminated from my position on the words of several white employees. I was told by my boss Phil Kraus that I could use him as a reference but that I should 'resign' or be fired. I have com to find out that two African American women and another man besides me have been fired. His white employees in his white company still go on. He has also fired a latina woman recently. Do not work for this company if you are a person of color, you will not get far. He claims on his website that he is nationwide but I have also heard that he shorts people on there hours now - sounds like he can handle a national account. I would not recommend getting service in the salon that he 'cleans' either - they don't have the equipment to do the job right. I went on and have made a successful business. Do not work for him you will just get fired.
