Do not use this company; a complete rip off. They came out for a repair, and told me one story and then told another story to my home warranty company. Now the pool warranty company delcined my service.in addition good ole BEN quoted me a price on replacinge the equipment and and well lets just say that he was 33% higher then ANY of the other pool companys here in the SCV. Go ahead and ask any other pool company about Pools by Ben and here what they have to say. There is universal comdemnation of BEN and I have never found anyone that has anything nice to say.
If you need to make a service call through your Home Warranty Company, DEMAND that they do not send Pools by Ben. They might fight you but its your right and no one deserves to be ripped off like I was and others where here by Pools by Ben.
Be very wary of any good review that you read about Pools by Ben, I suspect that they are written by PBB.
