I was going to sign up with this company. I found an ad on Craiglist for a house for rent, and it directed me to monsterrentals.com. It looked at face value like a good service, but I decided to do some research, and found a complaint. So I went back to the monsterrentals.com website, and started to really look at the site. First could I find an address of the business? Second can I find a phone number to the business. I could not find either, and did a web search and could find any address or phone number for monsterrentals.com. They do have a contact us link, but you have to be a paid member to contact them.in short all of this spells trouble. That if you are unhappy with the service you will not get any satisfaction or a resolution to your problem.
