I also subscribed to a month membership and every rental I contacted was long since rented and the agent had never heard of monsterrentals.com and had never submitted their properties. They also put bogus listings on Craigslist and then direct you over to monsterrentals where you have to PAY to access the rental that DOES NOT EXIST. Everyone must report them and also dispute with your credit card company so that VISA will shut them down.
