Durable Paving was refered to me by another local business, he had some paving done and it appeared to be quality and was a great price. I contacted them to get them to give me an estimate as I wanted some work done in the fall, I contacted them in the spring. They called me soon after my first call and said they has some "extra asphalt" and could give me a good price. Although skeptical I told them to go ahead. The work they had done looked great but after about 2 weeks two spots began to crack and break up. I tried to contact them and had to leave numerous messages before they returned my call, after that it took some time before they came down to fix the problems.
In the time between calling them and them arriving I had a large area about 15' wide by 30' long start to crack and peel up. You could actually peel up sheets of asphalt with your bare hands. I contacted them about this and the said they would fix it when they came down. They patched the two spots that I called about first then explained how they were going to fix the large area. The plan they had was not going to work I tried to contact their boss and could not and they claimed not to be able to reach him either.
I have since been calling them almost daily with no return call, got ahold of them once and got cussed at. The spots they patched are cracking again. I am about to take them to court.
