When you have a swimming, avoid this merchant. Cost was great on the filter capsule, cargo was quick - (4 times), however they delivered the incorrect product, (atleast that is what I imagined). I delivered them emails recommending they delivered me the incorrect item, so when the LASTLY responded me (almost 3 months and 7 e-mail afterwards) - they explained "No, we delivered you the best item". The things they delivered isn't the hayward manufacturer, they delivered me some oriental knock off. That might be okay, when the cost was cheaper and that I was obviously purchasing different things, however the displayed this universal item like a hayward product. It's obviously not, and in addition, it's not actually near to the same quality whilst the unique cartrdige that I'd in my own pool filter.
Beware customer! The corporation doesn't worry about you!
