This can be a backup of the e-mail I simply delivered to Keurig. Certain, they change them, but 5 in 16 weeks??? I actually donot create over 1 or 2 cups each day. I'm beyond disappointment.

I wrote you a notice many nights before and not got an answer. Listed here is the issue. I purchased my Keurig from QVC 16 weeks before. Nowadays I acquired my fifth alternative (one was since you delivered the incorrect design, others did not work).initially, after confirming my address, you quickly delivered it towards the INCORRECT address. It just happened to become my boyis previous condo, and also the new tenant discovered my telephone number about the packaging ease and called me. I introduced it house, unpacked it, untaped it, washed it, set it up, stuffed it with water, noticed it draw water in the container after which... Nothing. Therefore, I began over... 4 times I reset it, 4 times I got it aside and washed it, and 4 times... Nothing. Obviously, I had been only a little upset. And so I contact Keurig who's really sorry about that (yes right) and certainly will deliver me an upgraded AGAIN. Another week with instant coffee. I examined it every fifteen minutes, nothing. Subsequently, one hour later, it had been prepared to produce. And so I made. It worked completely using the wierdest sound I Have heard (ideal for a haunted house). I had been about the telephone having a buddy that said about the terrible sound originating from it. I understand lots of individuals with Keurigs that not have an issue. I make one stinking mug each day and appear what I get. I've appliences which are 30 yrs old that are more effective than this. I Googled Keurig and discovered there are certainly a large amount of issues much like mine... I am simply fortunate I imagine. So here is the offer. Go right ahead and deliver the brand new one, and discover a method to pay me for my difficulty and trouble and needing to cope with condescending customer support people who are sooooo really sorry. Next, focus on repairing this expensive bit of garbage. It creates wonderful coffee... I purchased one for my boy and his works great. It'd even be good easily really noticed from you this time around, but I wont rely on it. Yes, I am very damned disappointed at this time.
