Ripoff inferior product quality

In April I purchased lenses and frames from the Camillus Ny store. I went to this location because it was a listed provider from my companys insurance provider and the location offered an additional discount to members of my company. I recieved my glasses in a reasonable amount of time and everything seemed fine until about two weeks later when the left ear piece suddenly broke off.

I subsequently have been back five times in less than a year to have this ear piece replaced which has broken in the same spot each time. No explaination has ever been offered as to what is wrong with these frames and was even given an entirely different frame of the same style that broke in the same spot also. I have worn glasses for forty years and have never had the problems that I have had with this company. The location is also franchised, so each time I have to return its a twenty five mile trip even though there is another location only four miles from my home. I am very dissapointed with these frames and do not plan on ever dealing with this company again.
