Rip-off, no customer service after sale

After examining having a quantity of sellers and evaluating worth and spoken acceptance of quality within the internet, I selected Jim Laabs to get a Bari Sax. Rick and Troy guaranteed me that their devices were of top quality and worth. Once they established a shipping period of 10 times I had been amazed. After 2 various confirmations of delivery times 2 weeks later I'd my questions. Over six months passed and 3 distinct acceptance times, I did so get my sax.
I requested a 700 series Bari but obtained a 500 collection
The end was faulty and thus was the ligature.
Useless.
I've delivered numerous emails to speech my grievances but get no reaction.
