On 5/18, I'd a live-chat discussion with grass4sale.com. I inquired if put an order for grass on 5/20 to become shipped on 6/4 between 1-4pm, might there be any issue with that. I had been informed, "no". I put my purchase on 5/20/11:. 6/4 arrived and went with no grass delivery. No telephone call, no mail, no-contact from grass4sale:.com whatsoever. I really could not achieve anybody in the organization until Friday morning at 10am, after being on-hold for over 1/2 time". I spoke to James. Wayne obviously had the purchase info accessible, but provided no apology or clarification in regards to what happened. He mentioned he'd contact me back within 2 hours. No-call. After 3 hours, I named him back. No data whatsoever. Again stated he'd contact me back within 2 hours. This continued all day long. He assured he'd have a solution from the end-of your day. He assured he'd contact me back from the end-of your day. No-call. It is today a complete a day later and not got a phone in the organization with any clarification. The corporation is just a complete scam and waste of time. Luckily, they didn't cost my charge card, nevertheless, to become secure, I've terminated my credit card so that they cannot cost it. Really dissatisfied. Do not spend your own time with this particular organization
