After refusing to advertise with BBB Central Arizona, BBB decided to retaliate against our business. It went from A rating to C rating over night and harrasement continues everyday. BBB is nothing more then a frenchise business organization. Watch the 20/20 investigate report on BBB and how attorney general is threating to shut them down. Even we have decided to resign from BBB membership, no refund was ever given out to our business. BBB is nothing but a sham organiztion and Arizona Attorny General should shut them down for thier unethical ways of conduction business. BBB telemarkets to buinesses to gain memberships and paid memberships to support thier so called nonprofit organization. But why does nonprofit organization pay their executives hundreds of thousands dollors to conduct business? Again, businesses have to pay for membership to get better rating? Is that ethical? BBB simply is here to rip businesses off during these tough economic times. They don't do anything for businesses! Business owners please beware!
