I requested a sizable Valentine banner on 1/27. Our charge card was billed that same day for $22.94. I've not obtained my banner and can't obtain a response from Flagsonline and that I have now been attempting for all times. All I get is just a saving stating somebody will-call back, however it never occurs. Additionally on the site it claims to click their customer support however it ends and nothing happens. I would like to understand what's happening!!
