Ripoff and their getting overpaid Internet nationwide

I have only been with Sprint for not even a good 30 days ans my phone services were disconnected 2weeks after my cell phone was turned on. Then after I payed the bill one week later my phone was disconnected for non payment of phone services, but I still haven't received an invoice for my cell bill. What they have told me was that I could look at my invoice on their website and view my invoice that way. That is an inconvience to me. Now I look at the invoice on the internet now I am owing a payment of 447.76, and I do not know how. What I believe I am doing is paying someone elses phone bill and they have the audacity to keep turning off my cell phone for someone else's bill. But when I go through the automated services on the cell phone to check my account balance I only owe 117.00 on the account. SO tell me they know their stealing money.
