I went to the sprint PCS website to make a partial montly bill payment. They changed the website. Had difficulty finding the bill payment page.
When I did, I chose a one time payment and authorized a 50 dollar payment. But when I hit the pay button, the system automaticaly changed it to 117, which was total dueing at that time. Then it also billed me the 50.00
I notified sprint and told them I did NOT authorize the 117. But sprint refuses to refund it, insted claiming that since it was owed, that they have a right to it. I only had 110 in my account at that time, and have incured overdraft charges because of sprint.
I guess litigation is in order. I did not authorize the 117, and I got billed for the 50.00 as well. Sprint refuses to refund the amount that I did not authorize. This is a classic rip off of the worst kind.
Ive been a sprint customer for 14 years, and now I am switching cell phone services because of them.
