I had been provided free detail for my Mercury Mariner the next time it had been set for support. They named later that evening stating the vehicle was prepared. I questioned concerning the detailing, he explained "what detailing?"? So that they held my vehicle a later date".
Once they called 24 hours later stating it had been prepared after only 31/2 hours I understood anything was incorrect! Our vehicle hadnot been detailed/. All-they did was wipe-down the exterior, the leading chairs, and vaccuum the upholestry'. There were dark greasy handprints about the controls and window-frame, the leading window and back-side windows were not washed, or were the rear chairs or even the ground:.
Quite simply they lied. I'll never utilize them again and do not suggest other people do both.
