I'd a 60K tuneup on my 2003 Toyota Prius on 7/13/06. After I delivered within the late morning to get the vehicle I informed to truly have a good evening and had been provided the secrets. I had been prepared to drive-off after I observed A - 16" break in my own window which hadn't been there after the vehicle decreased off that day.

After I introduced this towards the Support Mgrs interest he stated a little, nearly imperceptible small chip in the fringe of the window and stated once they offered me my "free car-wash" it should have triggered the break. Nevertheless, Toyota was responsible for nothing. He described that it had been only a hot evening (114 levels) therefore those activities happen. Being that they are Toyota of the LEAVE our issue was, they ought to understand that you don't apply water on the window that is warm...

Today I am out $250 to truly have the window replaced.
