Someone sent monies to my account. Tried to withdraw, but system wants to mail a letter to my address for verification. Never received it. Tried to refund but no option on site to do so. Now trying to contact customer support. Left messages on answering machine. Sent a number of emails. Created Support Tickets. Are they even there? Person whom sent monies can not get hold of them either.
