About 3 months before I bought an automobile from Larry Spacc GMC in Dunkirk NY.in a nutshell, the Retail Installment Agreement was authorized and the rest of the paperwork aswell. 1 week later the seller named me stating they weren't ready to market the agreement to some lender but might to a different lender easily set $800 more down and lifted my interest. I explained NO and Larry Spacc stated I'd subsequently need to return the vehicle. The contact I authorized is between your car-dealer and me and claims nothing about having to market the agreement to some lender. Therefore there for that vehicle is mine until I default about the mortgage. Per week later the seller repo'd the vehicle on reasons that I had been not truthful about my finances and put info from their website. Amusing thing is the fact that they'd a duplicate of my salary with the data required right there. So that they are LAYING/. DON'T SHOP AT LARRY SPACC GMAC! I'll be completing case and they'll be delivered to justice? I'll also make sure that all feasible press coverage about that offense is coated around possible. Think about this my objective!
