Victor Colby called me one evening stating that they (he and Larry, Larry is with LCL AutoBody & Paint), needed money up front to buy parts for my repairs. Victor came to my home and collected $100.00. I spoke with Larry later that evening. Larry told me that that is not how he does business and did not need any money up front. Larry nor I have ever seen that money. Victor tells me one thing and Larry another. Victor has made many promises to reimburse the monies owed to me but has yet to fulfill his obligation. He lies to everyone. I am also told by many people that the money went to drugs and he is an admitted crack addict. He told me he was in recovery. I am very concerned. I am on disability and that kind of money is hard to come by. I don't know what else to do.
