I went in November to stop my GAAP Insurance, I talked to some Texas Durgin, he ripped all my information and stated that Larry the Top of fund needed to finish th type online but he was having a client therefore Texas stated he'd submit my info. Well, I named & named & named &Named remaining communications for Texas Durgin, he delivered my telephone calls only one time. And so I eventually named & requested for Larry, he explained he never obtained my paper-work. Obviously Texas nevertheless hasn't delivered my telephone call. I eventually returned into the dealer and that I talked with Larry he assured me again he never received something for Texas Durgin. Larry re-copied my info and it is been about fourteen days because I returned he did inform me it'd be about 6 months but I am unsure even when the paperwork continues to be completed. I'll purchase a Chrysler later on but I'll NOT be returning for this dealer. I believe this really is bad customer support & I also want to understand WHY Texas Durgin never delivered my telephone call detailing something in my experience.
