I visited the Ulta Salon in Katy, Tx to get a cut and design. The lady reduce my hair so brief that I just have 1/4 inch size about the attributes and also the top is approximately 2" long. This isn't the hair that I picked. Neither the salon supervisor or even the store-manager named me back. Today I'm coping with the area supervisor and he or she hasn't named me back.
Don't go there for a haircut.
