They are horrible, Cox oversubscribed service. Cable TV freezes on most of the channels, Internet as fast as a dial up at best, we get less than 500K. The phone landline is ok with poor voice quality. We pay over $300 a month. Service forget about it, technician will show up just to tell you they cant do anything about it, they have oversubscribed and they can get fired if they say that. My advice is run away as far as you can, dont move in an area where Cox service is.
