I ordered boots for my daughter. When you log onto the www.baileybuttontriplet1873.net website it was very authentic looking. I thought I had the actual website for UGG. We ordered the raspberry and teal boots that my daughter had been wanting for so long. The bill was 174.33 for the 2 pairs as they were on clearance it read. The purchased amount showed on my bank statement as 174.44 from www.aleoytrade.com. When I read this it immediately made alrams go off in my head. I told my daughter that I think it is a counterfeit site. I immediately called my bank and told them about my problem. They are investigating this purchase and told me I should know something within 10 days.
In the mean time I got an email from a Susan at [email protected] She was telling me the pink boots were not available. I was glad she wrote as I had no way to contact them. So I immediately wrote and told her to cancel my order and refund my money. I sent 5 more emails with no response. Finally on June 2nd she wrote me saying: "ok. No problem. Due to the holiday. So reply so later. And i have refunded for you! Due to the policy of the credit card company, The back money will appear in your account during 2 weeks. Please keep an eye on it we are so sorry for making this inconvenient to you. Thank you!"
Still nothing from my bank about a refund. The odd thing is the websites I am complaining about have magically disappeared from the internet and I am afraid my money did too.
Do not get involved with these companies they are fake, fake, fake!!
