Since 2011 Tenants were made promises of repairs and fulfillment, and needs met. When you call the manager the front desk clerk is hired to make excuses. Throughout the month the inside of the complex is a mess along with water damages every time it rains it leaks in the basement. The only time apartment manager is available is at the beginning of the month when rent is do and when he has to do a showing of an apartment.
One of the apartment in the complex started on fire due negligence of one of the tenants concerns of a defective appliance in the unit. The apartment manager was contacted several times during the fire and he did not answer the telephone and was left several messages and didn't bother to contact anyone about the incident. The maintenance crew doesn't do a good job at repairing things.
When you first move in a renta included all repairs and inspections should be satisfied. When you contact a person you should always be responsible for you property and your actions, not ignore your tenants and then want money
