WeTech Strategies Company set me up with a online webmall. Now, I can't even get in touch with them. I've been scammed

I had express wanting to work from home.
I was contacted by the online webmall company. I signed on as an affiliate.
The next day, a Web Tech Strategies, contacted me about helping me to get visitors to my website.
I agreed to purchase a small advertising program with them.
It has been roughly 6 months and to this day I not received any comissions.

I have attempted to contact the company and the phone number does not answer.
I feel as if I have been scammed. Both Americas Web Mall and WebTech Strategies teamed up to
get our money and then are gone.

The only name I have is Eleanor Lane from WebTech Strategies.
